MAUK HR is in early access. Rather than publish a contract we haven't had drafted, here is exactly where things stand.
The trial
Fourteen days, everything included, no card. When it ends your workspace becomes read-only until we agree a plan — you keep access to your data and can export it at any time. We will not delete an organisation without asking you first.
Your data is yours
You own what you put in. Every list in the product exports to CSV, and payroll runs export in a documented format. If you leave, you leave with it.
What we promise
To tell you before anything changes that affects your data, to fix security problems ahead of features, and to answer support ourselves rather than route you into a queue.
What we do not promise yet
There is no uptime SLA, no support-response guarantee, and no formal contract. Payroll prep computes no tax and is not payroll advice — the figures go to your provider, who remains responsible for what is actually paid. If you need commitments in writing, email us and we will work them out rather than pretend a page here has done it.
