Hiring
Postings, your careers page, the pipeline, and converting a hire.
Publishing a role
- 1Recruitment → Postings → New posting. Write the role, pick a department and a location, and set the employment type.
- 2Publish makes it live on your careers page. The URL freezes at that moment — once it has been shared, changing the title must not break every link to it.
- 3Copy link gives you the public URL to share. View on careers site shows what an applicant sees.
- 4A closed role returns the same not-found page as one that never existed, so nobody can probe which roles you pulled.
The pipeline
- 1Recruitment → Pipeline shows six stages. Drag a candidate between them, or use the stage selector if you prefer the keyboard.
- 2Open a candidate for their résumé, their timeline, and a notes composer.
- 3Rejecting requires a reason. Candidates are never deleted — a person applied, and that does not stop being true.
Hiring someone
- 1Hired cannot be reached by dragging. It goes through the conversion wizard, because being marked hired without an employee record means somebody is hired and nobody is on the payroll.
- 2The wizard creates the employee, copies their résumé into their documents as HR-only, links the candidate to the record, and starts the onboarding checklist with dates relative to their start date.
